Each custom homepage prominently features the navigation links that your business uses most often. The home page includes contact information to your Lexmark Account Manager and links to reach our Customer Service Agents.
Additionally, if you have any questions navigating the new site, we’ve enabled Live Chat so that your questions can be immediately answered via chat in real time (standard business hours, DST).
As you know, the custom Lexmark sites are built to make shopping and browsing for the products within your contract fast and easy. Not sure what you need? The improved search feature will help you find products and supplies with just a few keystrokes.
Once you find the product you are looking for, be sure to click on it to a get full product description, pricing and a list of associated products. As you shop, your items will be put into a shopping cart that allows for cost review (including applicable taxes) and changes.
If your contract requires an e-quote, simply click on the e-quote link and the information needed for ordering will be delivered to your email as soon as possible.
