- Forming and chairing the IEEE P2600 Working Group, whose purpose is to define security requirements in the hardcopy industry.
- Becoming the first hardcopy device manufacturer to take a holistic approach with the National Information Assurance Partnership (NIAP) Common Criteria evaluation.
