Tim Emens Tim Emens, President
Tim Emens is President of Lexmark Canada Inc. He is responsible for the daily operations of the company, including revenue and profit, Canadian business development, distribution and go to market strategy.

Emens comes to Canada from Geneva where he was General Manager for Lexmark's businesses in Eastern Europe, the Middle East & Africa (excluding South Africa). He began his career at Lexmark in France in 1993 and has acted in a number of Financial, Marketing & Sales roles in Europe.

Emens began his career in 1985 with Price Waterhouse Coopers and worked for Peugeot Auto Company before joining Lexmark. He has a Degree in History and is a Qualified Chartered Accountant.


Todd Greenwood, Director, Channel Sales and Marketing
Greenwood joined Lexmark in 1995 and has held positions in channel sales, marketing, large account sales (government, services, and financial verticals), sales management and operations management.

He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Wilfrid Laurier University and an MBA from the Schulich School of Business at York University.



Matthew BarnicoatMatthew Barnicoat, Director, Global Services
Matthew Barnicoat leads Lexmark Canada's Global Services division, which assists clients to manage their output fleets through innovative outsourcing and solutions services. He joined Lexmark in 2004 and has held several positions in consulting and operations during his tenure.

A graduate of Thunderbird, The Garvin School of International Management with a Masters of Business Administration, Matthew has many years of experience in assisting both private and public sector organizations to realize their output management and solutions goals.

Prior to joining Lexmark Canada Inc., Matthew worked as a senior consultant in CGI's Enterprise Content Management Practice.


Matthew BarnicoatBill Waters, Director, Service Operations
Bill joined Lexmark at the start of 2011 as Director, Service Operations responsible for Customer Service Support, Technical Support Center and Managed Print Service operations in Canada.

Bill comes to Lexmark with over 20 years of experience within the print and production mail industry and during his career has held management positions within service operations, finance, and sales.

Prior to joining Lexmark, Bill was the Director, DMT Strategy and Software Services at Pitney Bowes.
