Warranty Information

Lexmark offers a Extended Warranty for most printer models. Extended Warranties may be purchased anytime during the printer’s Base Manufacturers’ Warranty year (s). Lexmark Extended Warranties are available to give your laser, dot-matrix, or inkjet printer a total warranty period of 4 years.

For business laser or dot matrix printers you have a choice of  Advanced Exchange  or Onsite Repair service.

*Note: Lexmark Canada has changed the policy concerning the  renewal of Extended Warranties.

Extended Warranty Renewals

If your printer is currently covered by an existing Lexmark Extended Warranty, a renewal contract may be purchased directly from Lexmark. Renewal Contracts are available 1 year at a time.
