Jeri Isbell

Jeri Isbell is vice president of Human Resources for Lexmark International, Inc.

Isbell became vice president of HR in February 2003. Previously, she was vice president, worldwide compensation and resource programs, HR. Prior to this, she served in Lexmark's former Business Printer Division as vice president of finance, manager of manufacturing financial planning and U.S. controller. Isbell has been with Lexmark since its inception in 1991. She began her career with IBM, holding various staff and management positions.

Isbell holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Eastern Kentucky University and a master's in business administration from Xavier University. She is a certified public accountant and a certified management accountant.

Isbell serves on the board and executive committee of the National GEM Consortium, serves as the 2012 board chairperson for Commerce Lexington and is a member of the HR committee for the Lexington Metro YMCA.
