Test and Survey Solutions

Measuring performance, progress, and opinions is a critical need for all organizations to insure that they are effectively meeting their objectives. Any business environment where test results, registration information, and survey responses are critical, but personnel computers are not readily available to the target group is where these solutions can add immediate value.

The Lexmark solution makes the grade by combining optical mark recognition (OMR) functionality within our software tools along with customizable features of our e-Task enabled MFP's. The result is an end-to-end process with intuitive prompting at the e-Task interface of the MFP that drives custom tests and surveys, quickly analyses responses, processes the results, and either prints a report locally in spreadsheet format or transmits the results to any information system or open database connectivity (ODBC) database where the results can be viewed by a wider audience.
