On-Demand GHS Labeling

As it is adopted, GHS label compliance has pressured companies to make significant changes to existing process to meet the new standards. With 27 different hazardous material pictograms to manage, companies need a quick and flexible method of generating these color labels that doesn't involve maintaining inventory.

By design, Lexmark is able to print on vinyl and polyester media. These durable materials are designed to meet ANSI, OSHA, DOT and EU standards, as well as the BS5609 standard for 90-day Seawater Submersion. Combining this media capability with our printer's ability to "pull" document templates from any web source enables a cost effective, on-demand GHS label solution. Further, this solution can even be customized to automatically pull related Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) documentation.

On-demand GHS labels is just one of more than 100 custom industry solutions we have created for our customers.
